January 22, 2025 the whole family of the new Samsung Galaxy S25 and inside these members there is a new one slim model.
Industry veteran Ice Universe said on Weibo that the Galaxy S25 Slim will be less than 7mm thick.
For comparison and why this is Samsung’s thinnest cell phone model to date: the thinnest Galaxy S24 is the standard variant, measuring 7.6mm thick.

The source also previously claimed that the Slim model could get an “Ultra” camera, although it’s unclear if that means a 200MP main camera or something else.
The 6mm thickness of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will be the same as the iPhone 17 Air, the Cupertino phone that will be the thinnest to date.
Currently, the title of thinnest mobile phone of 2024 goes to Honor Magic V3 with a thickness of 4.35 mm, followed by Xiaomi Mix Fold with a thickness of 4.6 mm.
