The camera quality of the new iPhone 14 may be compromised, according to Ming-Chi Kuo
Apple would have problems with the iPhone 14 cameras, but they shouldn’t affect its release.
If a feature is essential for iPhone users, it’s usually the cameras. Apple phones are pretty prominent in this regard, and that’s why Those from Cupertino make every effort to improve quality every year and functions offered through said sensors.
This evolution with the iPhone 14 is also expected, but the truth is Apple seems to be having more trouble with lenses than usual from the cameras. It seems so now, just as there have been changes in the suppliers of some components recently. they are considering choosing new manufacturers for the cameras of the new terminal, the existing ones seem to give a lower quality than expected.
iPhone 14’s cameras have issues, but Apple still has time to fix it
According to the information provided by well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo Posted on TwitterEverything points to Apple’s labs not having a good time. It seems so Camera lenses supplied by manufacturer Genius have “cracked coating quality issues”something that doesn’t like the company too much.
Given the downsides, Apple would prefer change provider for lenses from the cameras. At least one order for 10 million lenses would have been canceled from Genius, and Ordered from Taiwanese supplier Larganalso specializes in such sensors for mobile device cameras.
Like logic, Apple wants the highest quality in mobile devices and camera sensors continue to be a fundamental aspect of iPhones. According to provider Ming-Chi Kuo Largan should be able to supply the stock of lenses Apple needs. For launch, though, Cupertino’s idea is to return to Genius once the lens issues are resolved. But that doesn’t seem to happen until the official launch of the iPhone 14 in September.
Considering that Apple has already taken action by changing its provider to fix iPhone 13 issues, it seems so. It is unlikely that the firm will delay its launch formal. However, there is a possibility, at least initially, that the terminal’s current stock will be somewhat reduced and it will arrive in stores in limited quantities.
