Once inside, you need to click on the “Check for Updates” button that appears at the bottom of the screen. After a few seconds, the app will display two possible outcomes.
- You will receive the MIUI 13 update: this means the device is eligible to upgrade to MIUI 13, Xiaomi’s customization level, which may or may not work under Android 13.
- You will receive the Android 13 update: If this message appears next to the first one, it means that the device will receive both MIUI 13 and Android 13.
- You won’t get the Android 13 update: This means that the terminal is not suitable for updating to Android 13. However, it is likely that it is compatible with MIUI 13, Xiaomi’s customization level.
