Roskomnadzor will maintain a register of hosting providers from December 1, 2023. It is created based on the requirements of the Ministry of Digital Development.
The department will formulate rules for maintaining the register, requirements for providers to be included in the register, and will also monitor compliance with these requirements. The inclusion of the RKN must be sent to the register, the maintenance of which will continue in the company for 10 working days.
The introduced requirements cannot be called unaffordable. In our opinion, most large providers are able to comply with them. The hardest thing to deal with are small providers who lack financial resources and expertise, and whose field of activity lies within the gray boundaries.
