After announcing the release of the Redmi Note 12 series for October 27, Xiaomi continues to reveal details about the new mid-range devices. This Tuesday (25), Chinese brand confirmed Redmi Note 12 Pro+ will be released with a 200 MP main camera.

According to the promotional arts, smartphone will use 200 MP ISOCELL HPX sensor. 1/1.4 inch component made by Samsung scaled HDR and 8K video recording at 30 frames per second (fps) and at 120fps in 4K.

By default, images will be recorded with a mobile phone with a resolution of 12.5 MP and a pixel size of 2.24 micrometers (µm). However, the user will be able to change the settings to take photos with 50 MP and 1.12 µm or to shoot full images with 200 MP and 0.56 µm.

This week, Xiaomi announced Redmi Note 12 series will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 1080 processor. The octa-core chipset supports 5G mobile connections and runs up to 2.6 GHz.

As mentioned, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ has a triple rear camera led by a 200 MP sensor. Besides, the device may still have an AMOLED display with curved edges on the sides.

Certifications from regulatory agencies, Chinese version of the mobile phone 210W fast charging technology allows battery to go from 0% to 100% in 8 minutes. However, there are no details about the battery capacity of the phone yet.

The booster, full technical details of the device will be presented at the Redmi Note 12 series launch event next Thursday, October 27.
