Windows 11 update adds more functionality to the Settings app

Microsoft’s next major operating system update, Windows 11 24H2, will bring improved laptop power controls to the Settings app.

Until now, advanced power controls were only accessible from the Control Panel. This section includes items such as action options when tapping the power button or turning off the laptop screen, whether it’s plugged in or battery-powered.
