As with CES 2023, this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) will aim to be more or less like pre-pandemic events, with the physical and massive presence of leading people and brands on connectivity. With the exception of Apple, which usually does not attend this type of exhibition, the major mobile telephony companies will be represented in Barcelona. We are talking about companies of the caliber of Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Xiaomi, Nokia, OnePlus and Honor.

What can you expect from the consumer technology event?
There are high hopes for this MWC, as cell phone makers will showcase new smartphones, from smartphones with standard designs but innovative cameras to so-called foldables.
Honor, for example, has already confirmed that it will be bringing its Honor Magic 5 series and Magic V foldable model to the world, after the latter has already been introduced to the Chinese market. It features an innovative aerospace-grade resin hinge, durability, a 7.9-inch OLED main screen, a triple camera setup with a 54MP main sensor, and 66W fast charging.
OnePlus, despite having already unveiled the OnePlus 11 5G, Buds Pro 2 earbuds, mechanical keyboard and printed tablet, will take the stage in Europe to show off another smartphone. This is the concept of OnePlus 11, which, in addition to the latest mobile technology, will attract attention with its back cover, which will be decorated with LED lights.
The situation is similar with Samsung, which has already launched its new Galaxy S23 series and Galaxy Book 3 family of high-end laptops. In any case, the South Korean company will take a seat at MWC; Of course, there are no transcendents, and the firm has not published anything about its involvement.
The opposite is happening with Realme: at the technology show, the company will show all the details of its already confirmed GT3, which boasts a large rear optical module and a 240W load, allowing it to reach 100 percent autonomy in about 10 minutes.
Xiaomi, on the other hand, plans to surprise people with its Xiaomi 13 series, which has already seen the light of day in your home. It is possible that 13 Ultra will be added, which can house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and a main optical section co-developed with Leica.
