At the moment, Xiaomi has not provided more details about this. However, he made sure that the partnership with Leica was “long-term strategic cooperation”. Therefore, they suggest that the smartphone that we could see in July will not be the only device announced as part of the collaboration between both brands. Considering the purpose of the rest of the associations, it is highly likely that Xiaomi and Leica will work closely together to develop optics to address the weaknesses of their smartphone cameras.
