Sharkoon has introduced the TK5M RGB, a compact mid-tower that should combine powerful airflow and modern connectivity with an attractive price tag. For example, it is equipped with networking and four pre-installed argb fans and can have several USB ports (including type c) on the top. With a suggested retail price of 69 euros, the cabinet is available immediately.
The manufacturer has placed three 120mm fans behind the mesh front panel, which, like the top, is equipped with a magnetically removable dust filter. The fourth copy is located at the rear, there is also space for two 120 mm or 140 mm fans at the top.
In terms of connectivity, Sharkoon provides a single USB 3.2 Gen 2 type-c connector as well as two USB 3.0 type-a ports and two 3.5mm audio jacks. Next to the power button is a smaller reset button used to control exposure. Built-in RGB controller provides 14 different lighting effects for up to four fans, users can also control them via motherboard software.
In terms of motherboards, both itx, micro-atx and atx are supported, up to 157mm height is provided for CPU coolers. In addition to power supplies up to 175mm, there is room for front fanless video cards up to 310 millimeters long or 335mm. The drive cage next to the power supply holds two 3.5-inch HDDs or 2.5-inch drives, with room for two 2.5-inch SSDs behind the motherboard tray. Finally, an additional 2.5-inch drive cage has been placed above the power tunnel.
