The price continues to drop as ddr5 memory ages. Almost all products with the new memory standard have gotten cheaper since the previous price review in May. For example, product comparison modules can be found, such as this 32GB strip from Kingston, for a minimum price of 5.58 Euros per gigabyte.

Currently, Kingston Fury Impact is the cheapest ddr5 module with a retail price of five dollars. It is a compact sodimm with 8GB capacity. When it comes to normal dims, 8GB ValueRam from Kingston is again the cheapest (ddr5-4800, cl40). It is currently changing hands at 59 euros, 15.8% cheaper than at the beginning of May.


For fast speeds and tight latency, users still need to dig deep into their pockets. Corsair is currently asking 495 euros for a 32GB kit with timings of 6,600 MT/s and 32-39-39-76.

The first time you pay less than 100 Euros for a single 16GB strip. Where the cheapest module sold for 105.50 euros last month, you can now buy the 16GB ddr5-5200 for 95.76 euros (excluding shipping costs) – a 9.3 percent drop from the beginning of last month. A single 32GB dimm retails for 178.6 euros (-22%).

Those who want to get started with memory sets can also benefit from lower prices. Several 2 x 8GB kits are available for around 110 Euros (-15.4%), while 2 x 16GB sets are available for less than 200 Euros for the first time. The cheapest 32GB kit is available at the time of writing for 193.6 euros, or 15.5% cheaper than in May.
