Philips is expanding its 5000 series monitors with the 27-inch 27E1N5600HE and 24-inch 24E1N5300HE. These new models include an integrated 5 MP webcam and single-cable USB-C connectivity.

Both of the new multifunctional displays are equipped with IPS LED widescreen technology and should guarantee ultra-wide angles of 178/178 degrees, according to the manufacturer. The 27E1N5600HE offers quad-hd 2560×1440 resolution, while the 24E1N5300HE provides full-hd 1920×1080 resolution.

The powered USB Type-C connector lets you charge a compatible device, transfer data and watch HQ video via a single reversible cable, while the built-in 5 MP webcam is certified for Windows Hello and has a physical switch for privacy. Also, according to Philips, the noise canceling microphone and dual 5 Watt integrated stereo speakers should ensure clear communication.
