Philips Hue operator Signify has announced a number of new light products, including a new modular track system where lights can be clicked. The company is also announcing a new version of the Philips Hue Tap buttons, and it will be possible to more faithfully simulate the sunrise with smart lights.

Signify’s most striking announcement is Hue Perifo, a rail system to which all kinds of lights can be connected. The rails themselves are modular and must be fixed to the ceiling or wall. Special lamps, beams and spots can then be clicked anywhere on the tracks. The lamps are then directly powered. A standard rail costs 50 euros and will be available from the end of this summer. There are also packages that contain different lamps and rails.

Also, the company is launching the renewed Philips Hue Tap dial switch for 50 euros. It is a direct successor to the existing Tap, and the magnetic box still has four buttons for easily adjusting the light settings. Regeneration takes place around the round key; With the dial switch, users can also dim the light manually. The box will be out this month.

Finally, Signify announced several new Signe lamps, a new table lamp for 240 euros and a new floor lamp for 350 euros. The moisture-proof Xamento bathroom light is also available in a new colour.
