Russian Post expects to provide stores with their own couriers and IT infrastructure, while retail chains will continue to manage sales. So far, delivery has been launched only in Moscow, in July St. Petersburg will also appear. By the end of the year, it is planned to be released in more than several million cities of the Russian Federation.

As stated in Russian Post, couriers will pick up the order from the store and deliver it to the customer on the same day or at certain intervals in certain geographic areas. L’Etoile has already joined the service. Sources say the service will also work with SMEs and restaurateurs.
