In the United Arab Emirates Amazon has limited theme searches LGBT, removing various products – mainly books – from the catalog. “It’s very simple: we cannot commit ourselves to an organization that is actively harming the rights of our community by supporting discriminatory laws and homophobic politicians,” a recent statement reads.
