While it’s still a few months before we finally see the new iPhone 14 (expected mid-September), according to a new report from DigiTimes, we’ve been able to learn a few new things.

Also, top models of the next iPhone line will have 6 GB of LPDDR5 RAM.which is characterized by being faster and more efficient compared to the one that the original version and Max (LPDDR4X) will carry.

We recently talked about another feature that will again be sold as a great new iPhone 14 and that has been on Android for many years: Always on Display, which allows you to always keep the screen on with certain widgets such as the clock, calendar or other events that at a glance you will see.

We also leave you in the next article some of the characteristics that this new Apple-branded terminal will have.

Regarding the replacement of RAM. The first two versions will have 6 GB, but the LPDDR4X standard is the same as in the iPhone 13.

To give us a general idea, thanks to MacRumors:

  • iPhone 14: 6 GB (LPDDR4X)
  • iPhone 14 Max: 6 GB (LPDDR4X)
  • iPhone 14 Pro: 6 GB (LPDDR5)
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max: 6 GB (LPDDR5)

To this we can add some improvements that we already know will be included in the top version of Pro Max compared to the previous version. However, according to leaker ShrimpApplePro, the phone has 4323 mAh battery according to current specs, which would be a slight drop from the current iPhone 13 Pro Max’s 4,352mAh.

Another piece of information we have for both the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max is that they will both feature a new 48MP camera, though they may still fall behind the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

At the moment just have to wait until september and see what they finally have in store for us. We know that at least three smartwatch models will be released, including the Apple Watch Pro, with the entire new iPhone 14 series.
