When the drug driver scandal broke out, Rodríguez Rozo assured EL TIEMPO “I met Castañeda a little over a year ago at a restaurant on the outskirts of Bogotá where popular music shows are held.one of my hobbies,” he assured.

“He told me he needed to pick up an artist from the airport and would return it to me the same day. According to the information obtained, I am another victim of Castañeda, who has more than 70 complaints about fraud. and abuse of trust,” added the former official.
Rodríguez Rozo admitted to committing an administrative offense he regrets by borrowing the truck.
