A meeting of the Guild of Applications and Innovation – Alianza In participants was held, where five members of the new Board of Directors were elected for the 2023 – 2024 period of the association.

Those selected to be part of the governing body were: Stephanie Plata, Director of Public Policy at Uber Colombia; Juan Sebastián Rozo Renkfo, Rappi’s Director of Public Policy for South America; Juan Esteban Saldarriaga, Founding Partner and Member of the Board of Rapicredit; Juan David Guerrero, Cabify Director of Legal and Public Affairs, and Carlos Castellanos, Director of Government Affairs for the DiDi And Region.

He has more than 13 years of experience in multinational technology and telecommunications companies and 6 years of dedicated experience in transport, technology and mobility platforms.

He started his professional career in the telecommunication sector and worked as a corporate lawyer and head of regulation in mobile phone and subscription television companies for 7 years. He gained experience in relations with sectoral regulatory and surveillance and control authorities in this sector.

He joined the structuring and became a founding member of Alianza IN.an association that has managed to become the national benchmark for the technology industry and the digital economy.

With more than 10 years of experience in the fields of legislation, consultancy and digital economy; Carlos has been DiDi’s Director of Government Affairs for the Andean Region since 2021.

Prior to joining the company, he spent more than 3 years as a Senior Analyst at Cullen International, specializing in regulatory issues for media, telecommunications, and the digital economy in various markets across America. He previously worked at law firms such as Baker Makenzie and Raisbeck & Castro, where he focused on Intellectual Property and Competition. Similarly, he has teaching experience at different institutions such as the Universidad de los Andes, Sergio Arboleda University and the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
