In the early hours of Thursday, September 14, the Colombian Geological Service reported, A 5.5 magnitude earthquake was felt at around 02:01 at night.
The epicenter of the earthquake was Los Santos, Santander, at a depth of 154 km.

The earthquake was felt in many regions, especially in the center and west of the country, in the provinces of Santander, Antioquia, Boyacá, Cundinamarca and Caldas.
Many users on social networks claimed to have felt the earthquake in cities such as Medellín, Floridablanca, Bucaramanga, Manizales, Itagüí and Armenia. Others reported this in various parts of Boyacá, such as Tunja, Sogamoso and Duitama. It was even less felt in Bogota and various municipalities of Cundimamarca.
Additionally, some internet users claimed that the Android seismic alarm was activated.

A few minutes ago, SGC reported another earthquake of smaller magnitude in Los Santos, one of the places with the highest seismicity in the country.This earthquake occurred at around 01:44 at night and had a magnitude of 3.2.
