According to the information shared from the official Apple site, Business Connect allows businesses to customize their location cards in the Maps app with the brand logo, images and other important information such as special promotions or seasonal menu items at a restaurant. After signing up, business owners can start personalizing their Apple app presence and invite customers to take actions like order food or make reservations directly from Maps; and introduce customers to special promotions such as seasonal menu options, product discounts and more.

In recent months, Apple has been working on a restructuring of the Apple services division to focus on more lucrative categories. While Apple Business Connect is a free feature, there are plenty of opportunities for revenue that the company will soon take advantage of.
