“Pay attention to history… I take two Avianca business class flights, they take my place, they take me on the plane, they find me a place, they remove people from their paid seats, cheeky! In the end there were no chairs left” and they called them “thieves”.

The artist was in Cali as he had just started working. Mills tour, a band playing drums. There would be inconvenience.

The inconvenience was such that he declared himself an ‘anti-influencer’ and compiled several messages he called ‘anti-advertisement’ while waiting for a solution.

“Did you know that at Avianca we specialize in damage and non-response to luggage? Do yourself a favor and don’t fly with us.”Wrote.

Despite himself and others mentioning the airline, the only response was that they would contact him. “We wrote to you in DM, Diego. We will review what happened with your seat. Someone from the team will contact you, confirm the time so that I can call you. We will pay attention to your response,” the tweet says.

After the publication of this note Avianca contacted EL TIEMPO and explained that Diego Cadavid was able to travel on a company plane.. Likewise, the network team has issued a message in which they clarify that they will send them information and indications regarding the refund process: “We want you to know that we will take care of your return flight,” they conclude.
