Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro has a global version. And that’s exactly what the host of the YouTube channel “i-shoppers Reviews” is talking about. The watch is powered by Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor. The kit is standard: charging, the watch itself, documentation. Google Assistant is launched when one of the buttons is automatically pressed. This occurs if the watch is worn close to the wrist.
You can find all the main features of the watch below.
The watch connects to the smartphone via the Mi Fitness app. The watch itself includes almost all languages. There was also a problem with the Watch 2 Pro accepting the Google account. In the end, it was not possible to do this. But maybe this will be fixed in the next update.
In general, Wear OS is Android designed specifically for watches. This means you will have the opportunity to install additional applications. It is very convenient to work with notifications on this watch: all images are displayed on it, you can even respond to messages with emoticons.
Also, for some reason, the clock sometimes records sleep even though the person is not going to bed during the day. You can also use the contactless payment feature with Watch 2 Pro.
It also happens that an application on a smartphone stupidly asks for permissions even though these permissions were granted a long time ago. The weather forecast application on the watch itself does not provide very accurate information.
The weakest point of the new product is its autonomy. If you remove heart rate monitoring but leave GPS, Wi-Fi, advanced sleep monitoring, breath tracking during sleep, Always On Display, the watch will be “alive” for half a day and night. That is, less than a day, as the Always On Display function does not work at night. They could last a maximum of 1.5 days with minimum load. The only good thing is its charging. It only takes 30 minutes.
