Colombia U-17 team disappointed in their second match in South America category. The local team beat him and beat him 4-0 at the Christian Benítez stadium in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

The result seriously jeopardizes the aspirations of those led by Juan Carlos Ramírez, who collapsed in search of an equalizer in the last 15 minutes.

The Colombian defeat began to take shape in the first half, with Allen Obando leading the score in the 26th minute after Isaac Sánchez’s assist.

Colombia was far from the team that left good feelings in their first match against Uruguay.
Despite 0-0, he showed some good flashes of play. This time, the team led by Juan Carlos Ramírez easily dispersed, making them look bad when Ecuador wanted to attack them.

But the second stage, in which Colombia went all-in on a draw, was much worse. He had already lost an injury to central defender Carlos González, forcing team captain Nicola Profeta to return to that position.

Although the change advanced the lines in its 1-1 quest, it didn’t quite fit Colombia, whose remnants of Ecuadorian activity were certainly exposed to their merciless counterattack.

The last 15 minutes were a disaster for the National Team, who conceded three goals and could concede at least one more goal. In a counter attack, Geremy de Jesús scored 2-0 in 76. At 81, Obando replayed after a brilliant pass from Kendry Páez, who was also second.

The final goal came with a nice pass from Geremy de Jesús and great definition from second-stage runner Michael Bermúdez.

The outcome is of course very bad for Colombia, which will have to play against Brazil, which beat Chile 3-0 this Saturday at 7 PM on Monday. But the thing that worries the most after 4-0 is the dissolution of the team. And I definitely hope not.
