OPPO has launched in Colombia a new enhanced version of the Reno 7, an AI photography expert “smartphone” with better RAM and storage capacities of 8GB and 256GB respectively.
Like the previous version, this device is almost 16 centimeters high and 7 centimeters wide and weighs about 175 grams, which makes it really light.
Its screen is 6.43 inches AMOLED, with a resolution of 2,400 x 1080 and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, its brightness reaches 600 nits and has a color depth of 16.7 million. This translates to sharp images, smooth animations and vibrant colors that you can usually enjoy without any issues.
As for its processor, it is an 8-core Snapdragon 680, the main advantages of which, as Qualcomm points out, are “extended multimedia playback, optimized games, excellent photography, smooth streaming and rich sound”.
Added to its 4500mAh battery, this translates into several hours, or even a day, for playing multimedia content and gaming. Of course, it all depends on factors like brightness and resolution. As if that wasn’t enough, it also has 33W fast charging.
As for the cameras that the OPPO Reno 7 pays special attention to, we find the 2MP microscope lens capable of shooting up to 30X. As for the main lens, it is 64 MP.
The results are remarkable. Thanks to its artificial intelligence, the final results are optimized in terms of lighting, noise reduction and color. Of course, without excessive retouching. This is especially noticeable (and appreciated) in night photography.
The new 256GB OPPO Reno7 is IPX4 certified, which ensures that the smartphone is protected from splashes. In addition, thanks to the OPPO Reno Glow coating, it is resistant to scratches and fingerprints.
Regarding the user interface, this device has the latest ColorOS 13 version based on Android 13, with multiple functions and tools. The revamped multi-screen connectivity allows you to use multiple phone apps on one PC and even sync any file format from PC to phone. Multitasking experience like searching for content, copying text between apps and more is easier and allows users to work on different pieces effortlessly.
