He is not a loving father and never will be. However, he makes commendable decisions to rebuild and rehabilitate his life. At the first turn of the screw, everything seems to indicate that the cruelty of the character is peace. Or a short rest in combat.

Nonetheless, the series immediately puts its characters in the spotlight. And he does this, of course, through Victoria, who cannot hide her secret for too long. Not that the Butcher and his gang needed real excuses to attack. But this time there are new weapons and more danger. Homelander (Anthony Starr) is scarier, freer and more out of control than ever. There is also a sense of danger hidden throughout. When Butcher discovers the Super’s significance as a weapon – this time in full force – boys really begins his journey into darkness.
