From July 16, with a tour of the best cinematic arenas, it arrives Toiletfilm written, directed and starring Gabriele Pignotta, based on the director’s successful play of the same name: here is the trailer and poster of the film, which will be presented “live” by the author in a new and original form: a performance by vivo di Pignotta in the role of the protagonist of the film Flavio Bretagne, which will enrich the screening of the film.
The sole protagonist on the screen, but accompanied by the voices of Vanessa Incontrada and Francesco Pannofino, Pignotta brings his third feature film as a director to the big screen (Ti Sposo Ma Non Troppo, Ötzi and the mystery of time).
This is the summary of the movie:
Flavio Bretagne (Gabriele Pignotta) has the most important business appointment of his life. Between customer calls, secretary voicemails, and calls from his ex-wife, Flavio drives his car toward the opportunity he’s been waiting for. Grabbed by a succession of phone calls, he doesn’t realize he’s gone the wrong way and stops in a small catchment area. Still on the phone, franticly distracted, he goes to the bathroom, but when he tries to get away, the door is locked. He screams for help, but no one answers. There is no living soul. Flavio Brittany is alone, locked in the bathroom of a remote service area and has no idea where he is. Outside, his life goes on without him: the job he was waiting for, the birthday of his daughter with whom he tries to restore the relationship … Time passes, but the situation does not unblock. Can Flavio not lose everything?
