Ficarra and Picone, Christian De Sica, Jasmine Trinca, Alba Rohrwacher, Stefano Fresi, Aurora Giovinazzo, Claudia Napolitano, Alessandro Siani, Luka Zunic and Ferzan Ozpetek. These are the protagonists of the short film at the heart of the new summer communication campaign #soloalcinemapromoted by the Ministry of Culture in collaboration with ANICA, ANEC and Cinecittà to support the return to cinemas and arenas during the hottest months.
The short film was directed by Vincenzo Alfieri and written by Alfieri himself along with Federico Mauro. As in Episode 1, which marked the return to theaters launched last year at the Venice Film Festival, in this “second chapter” the short film also focuses on the viewer: this time the protagonist is a girl who, with imagination and creativity, identifying herself in the cinematic sequence in such a way that she breaks into the story herself. To transport her into the action, she is given a magic ticket, which is given to her by a mysterious mask played by Paola Cortellesi.
The video is an invitation to return to the cinemas to relive the magic of the big screen, even in the summer. With the claim “Go back to daydreaming. Go to the cinema this summer”, The communication campaign aims to promote the spot on newspapers, TV, radio and on the institutional social profiles of the Ministry of Culture and the partners involved: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Tik Tok.
The Ministry of Culture is investing with conviction in the audiovisual sector, which is showing great growth and development results, especially in Italy. The contribution of the state has not forgotten the cinemas and that is precisely why the MiC has promoted a great communication campaign to invite people to go to the cinema this summer. In the hall you will experience a unique experience, the halls are the best place to experience the magic of cinema.
Says the undersecretary of the MiC, Lucia Borgonzoni.
