According to the specialist, the service will be complemented by the possibility of assigning speakers and improved notifications about the entry and exit of conference participants.

The tool does not yet have an exact release date and the development plan has not been revealed either. X owner Elon Musk responded to his employee’s post with a fire emoji. TechCrunch sees this as a possible confirmation of the team’s work on a new feature.

User P4mui demonstrated that he can create new meetings directly from the X app for iOS and schedule them for the future.

Another feature researcher suggested that conference organizers could set unique access codes for participants.

  • Twitter Inc. was founded in 2006. Elon Musk acquired it in 2022, after which he renamed the social network X.
  • Last fall, audio and video calling became available on X. Access to calls can be restricted for different users.
  • According to Business Insider and Gizmochina, Musk has ordered the team to turn X into an “app for everything” by the end of 2024, so that users “pay for everything” and the network could therefore become both a bank and a dating site.
