A dramatic event took place on the set of Law & Order: Organized Crime, where a crew member was shot and killed during the production of the television series. It is a thirty-one-year-old who managed the parking lot.
The man was killed while in his car while at Universal Television’s New York Studios, where he is working on the production of the new season of Law & Order: Organized Crime. Work on the set was halted after the event.
Police are investigating what happened and so far no arrests have been made. The thirty-one-year-old received the care of rescue after being shot who took him to hospital, but arriving at the building did not save his life.
A spokesperson for NBC and Universal Television said:
We are terribly shocked and saddened that a member of the work team died in the morning. We are working with the local police to understand what happened. Our hearts are close to those of this person’s family and loved ones. We ask that you respect their privacy and pain.
Law & Order: Organized Crime has entered production for its third season.
