In Guardians of the Galaxy part 3 we will see that the group of protagonists of the two previous films enter a crisis and are destined to change. And at this point one wonders what will become of Star Lord. This is a question addressed directly to: Chris Prattand to which even the interpreter could not answer properly.
Speaking to Extra, the actor said:
I hope to return, I don’t know. There are no plans for the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 post so far. I believe everything is possible. And then there’s the matter of the multiverse. And I’m not saying I could be killed, but now there are big gaps in time that people can go back to.
Also in the same interview, Pratt expressed all his gratitude and joy for taking on the role of Star Lord.
Playing this character was an honor, he said, and I’m just focused on what’s happening.
