Disney + announced Brawn: The One Pound Formula 1 Teama brand new four-part docuseries featuring: Keanu Reeves (John Wick, The Matrix Resurrections) telling the extraordinary story of the British team of formula 1 only costs a pound.
With contributions from British F1 driver Jenson Button and Ross Brawn, who led the team to victory, this original series will debut on Disney+ in EMEA and APAC.
In 2009, in the most expensive and technologically advanced racing championship in the world, the impossible happened. An independent team, with few staff and little money, won the World Championship. The series tells the extraordinary story of how Brawn GP performed a sporting miracle that marked F1.
Those on the track, in the pits and on the boards of directors tell their exciting version of a prodigious year. The new series offers exclusive access to F1 archives, many unpublished, from a year that world sport will never forget.
Keanu Reeves, who leads the interviews and is also the narrator for the series in its original version, said:

The series is developed and produced by showrunner Simon Hammerson and directed by Daryl Goodrich, winner of the 2022 Broadcast Award for Best Sports Documentary. Executive producers are Keanu Reeves, Sean Doyle and Neil Duncanson.
