High in life it was undoubtedly one of the titles that sparked the most interest at this latest Gamescom. A few days after the close of the 2022 edition of the Cologne kermesse, new details are coming in about Squanch Games’ crazy sci-fi shooter.

During an interview with The Gamer Microphones, executive producer Matty Studivan revealed new details about: DLC and post-launch support. Studivan has confirmed that High On Life will have a huge post-launch plan that will include a slew of updates, regular updates to the game and of course DLC.

We want to make sure we support the game for a long time, with bug fixing and content that we haven’t been able to add right now. Also, as always, we’re thinking about the DLC.” Studivan attached microphones to The Gamer.

The executive producer then also focused on the theme of game life. The main mission, Studivan said, can be completed in about 12 hours. Different speech for those who instead decide to collect all collectibles and also complete all secondary activities. In that case, the playing time can be further extended, up to 25 hours of playing time.

High on Life is available from: December 13th for PC, Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One. At launch, it will be included in the Xbox Game Pass catalog.
