After Bassam Tariq’s role as director of Sheetrecently revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that the production of the feature film miracle has been suspended. Shooting was supposed to start in November, but pending the new filmmaker, it seems virtually impossible to start production.
The Hollywood Reporter also revealed that Marvel Studios’ goal would be to resume production in early 2023. The production stop could also be related to the success of Werewolf by Night on Disney+. and on the original horror cut given to the film. Blade, which was described as an action with horror undertones, could move even more towards this second genre.
The release of Blade is scheduled for November 3, 2023, but it is certain that the film will be delayed in distribution.
The protagonist of Blade will be Mahershala Ali. Few details have been disclosed about the feature film at this time, other than the cast will include the presence of Delroy Lindo and Aaron Pierre, with a screenplay written by Stacy Osei-Kuffour.
