The sentence doesn’t actually contain any direct information, but since the tweet was posted via the Layers of Fear 2 account and the sequel was already announced with a teaser trailer last September, it’s very likely we’ll have updates soon. The shared image shows a battered photo depicting the face of a woman. At the point where the portrait is torn, part of the same subject’s face emerges, but in a decidedly more terrifying version.
