The first State of Play of 2024 ended with a real bomb. This was announced by the head of PlayStation Studios Hermen Hulst. Hideo Kojima will create a new spy-action game for PlayStation. However, production has not yet begun as Kojima Productions’ current efforts are focused on finishing the project. Death in Stranding 2which will arrive sometime in 2025.
Apparently they didn’t delve too deeply into this project. The only thing we know is that Hideo Kojima will rely on Sony technology to create ultra realistic experience as for the graphic part. Moreover, they promise luxurious cast. There should be no doubt about the latter, since DeathStarting from the first part, well-known actors took part in it. The second part follows the same path…

A particularly important detail is that This presentation was filmed at Columbia Pictures., film studio Sony Pictures. Considering Hideo Kojima’s love for the seventh art and his extreme focus on the narrative experience of all his games, it shouldn’t surprise us that this project plays with some cinematic elements.
