The trailer shown on the state of affairs devoted to Hogwarts Legacy allowed us to get a first look at the features and mechanics of the highly anticipated title set in the Wizarding World. Apparently, however, the footage hid a small detail that no one could notice.
On Reddit, a user posted an image of the trailer, revealing the presence of the interface with four spells bottom right and a mini card in the top left corner. The user then assumed that, based on the symbols shown and the context of the clip, it is possible that the four spells the character has access to are Accio (represented by the blue icon), Wingardium Leviosa (represented by the icon of gold ), Lumos represented by the gray icon), and Expelliarmus, which is used by the player in the scene referenced in the screenshot.
At this point, it is highly likely that Warner Bros. chose to hide these elements ever since not final and therefore subject to revision. In any case, it’s important to point them out precisely because they give us a foretaste of the direction the team will be heading in terms of spell management.
We remind you that Hogwarts Legacy will be available this holiday season on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
