Ubisoft explains in a press release that Single player modes for all of these games are still available. It would be missed more if you had them on your drive! In-game news and player statistics are also disabled.
For games that used the Ubisoft Connect services, units and challenges will be disabled, which means that you will not be able to earn points by completing challenges in the game. This is the internal currency used by Ubisoft to provide discounts and perks to players.
Rewards can still be unlocked, however you won’t be able to get them in-game.
Unlockable content such as maps and skins will also be disabled.which means you won’t be able to unlock them.
On PC, this unlockable content will not be available even if you purchased it. and previously downloaded. It will still be available on the console. unless you restore your saved games.
In the category of Ubisoft, it must be said many of these games had almost no players. But some, like the dance games Just Dance, continue to pull on old and not-so-old machines because the 2018 version is also disappearing on PC and PS4, which are just over 3 years old.
