Mayhem caused by images Attracting the attention of paramedics from Bogotá, the rag doll targets young Cristian Montenegro. The capital’s health officials handed over some of what kind of ambulance would be involved.

According to the images published in the Citytv information system, Montenegro has come to a very troubled situation due to an alleged health problem that his partner said. In fact, the paramedics asked him some routine questions as if the patient were a real person.
“He has a headache and faints, I don’t want him to die,” said the man, pleading with his hands.
– Do you want them to keep an eye on him? (…) We will take his vital signs – the paramedic replied.
“For Cristian Montenegro, the doll can feel (…) and just as well get sick and need medical care. But such behavior is not considered a disease,” sociologist Luis Barragán told Citytv.
The District Health Directorate is conducting investigations to determine where the ambulance, in which the rag doll was loaded, came from. While tracking calls to the 123 hotline, they were unable to find a request from the young man from Bogotá.

“So far we have no reports of a public ambulance being dispatched to provide this care. So far, we have determined that it is a private ambulance,” said Juan Carlos Bolivar, the secretary of health in charge.
When it is learned why the ambulance personnel acted in such a manner, the legal proceedings will be examined.
Citytv’s criminal lawyer Francisco Bernate said, “Inappropriate use of emergency hotlines is an attack on citizens’ coexistence and is a very serious incident. In such cases, it is appropriate to open an infringement process.”

As Montenegro told EL TIEMPO, he has felt lonely all his life: “I’ve always been a very shy, bad, rejected person, nothing went right. There is a bad energy around me. They always took advantage of me.”
He created his ‘children’ first, then his ‘wife’. “Her name is Natalia Adela Ortiz, she’s not the mother of my children, but she helped me a lot. When I’m alone, I heal. She helps me when I need something,” she said.
