Disney+ has released the new trailer and key art of the original movie Cip and Ciop special agents A highly anticipated return of 30 years, the action comedy that combines CGI animation and live-action finds former Disney Afternoon TV stars in modern Los Angeles. The film will debut exclusively on Disney+ on May 20, 2022.




Francesca Chillemi joins the cast of Italian voices in the role of Scheggia, along with the already announced Raoul Bova and Giampaolo Morelli, who will voice the lead actors Cip and Ciop respectively, and Jonis Bascir who will give his voice to the character of Monterey Jack.
The film is directed by Akiva Schaffer (Saturday Night Live), written by Dan Gregor and Doug Mand (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), and produced by Todd Lieberman (Wonder) and David Hoberman (Beauty and the Beast), while Alexander Young (Extinction ) and Tom Peitzman are the executive producers.
In Chip and Dale Special Agents, Chip and Dale live between cartoons and people in modern Los Angeles, but their lives are very different now. It’s been decades since their hit TV series was canceled and Cip (voiced in the Italian version by Raoul Bova) has succumbed to an ordinary suburban life as an insurer. Ciop (voiced in the Italian version by Giampaolo Morelli), meanwhile, has undergone CGI surgery and is working the nostalgic convention circuit, desperate to relive his glory days. When a former cast member mysteriously disappears, Chip and Dale must mend their broken friendship and reprise their role as special agents to save their friend’s life.
The Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers Original Soundtrack, with music by composer Brian Tyler, will be released May 20 by Walt Disney Records.
