Kevin’s menu often includes apple fritters, sausage, eggs, cheese and pepper rolls, burritos, burgers and fries. He consumed one serving of burritos at once, left the second for lunch, and made two meals of burritos.
At the end of the 100-day experiment, Kevin managed to lose 25 kg of excess weight. He noted the disappearance of excess fat in the abdomen, arms, face and neck. Also, medical research has shown a significant reduction in cholesterol levels in the blood.
