This was said by Russian nutritionist Olga Panova. So the specialist decided to refute a common mistake often made by people who want to lose weight.

According to Panova, a glass of store-bought juice can contain up to five teaspoons of sugar, which in no way contributes to weight loss.

Instead of sugary juices, she recommends turning to vegetable juices that you can make yourself from vegetables such as celery, herbs or carrots.

Homemade juices can also be a good alternative, but added sugar should be avoided. However, it is best to consume the fruit as a whole rather than in the form of juice.

Recall that earlier the nutritionist warned about the effect of spices on the skin and health. Spicy foods can cause dilation of blood vessels, reddening of the skin, and oilier skin by stimulating sweating.
