This feature can be useful when communicating with older relatives. For example, when trying to show them how to do this or that thing on WhatsApp.

To activate the innovation, simply click on the new icon in the form of a phone with a pointing arrow. It is located at the bottom of the screen next to the already familiar buttons for switching the camera, muting the sound and video.

Click on it and you will be prompted to start recording or transferring the screen content to WhatsApp.

Users are also shown a warning that the company may have access to passwords, photos or payment data displayed on the screen.

Once you accept the terms, you can start recording. You can stop the screenshot from being transmitted at any time during a video call.

It is reported that so far the function is available to a limited circle of users. But in the future, it will appear for everyone.
