In the British Solihull, a 43-year-old man without any diseases died from an overdose of a cocktail and drugs. They took fentanyl, heroin, cocaine and xylazine in succession, but it was in the substance that the doctors were most upset. It has not previously been used as a drug outside of the US, so the typical UK drug tests are not easy to use – the attention and savvy of one of the doctors.
Xylazine is officially used as a sedative and anti-inflammatory drug in veterinary medicine, but not for humans. It is not categorically contraindicated. However, due to its psychoactive properties, it has found use among dishonest drug dealers, who, in the wake of the drug addiction epidemic in the United States, began to dilute coffee particles. If fentanyl has a strong effect, then xylazine can prolong the effect, so this combination has become quite noticeable in American drug addicts.
Xylazine is cheap in the near future with the heroine, which also increases its appeal.
