The Russian provider of IT services and cloud services beeline cloud, together with the Beeline Big Data & AI team, is launching a new product Cloud BI (cloud business intelligence), a service for creating dashboards and visualizing data on the cloud.

Beeline Launches Cloud BI Cloud Data Visualization Service

It will be of interest to companies in whose business processes an important role is given to the analysis of operational data. These companies are traditionally represented in retail, fintech, manufacturing, logistics, and IT.

The solution offers the customer extensive opportunities for data analysis and reporting. Cloud BI’s functionality and interface give you more freedom in working with data. Beeline developers have provided 47 standard types of data display, integration with authentication mechanisms (including through online requests), the creation of dashboard backups for which you can leave notes using lightweight markup with Plain Text (Markdown) formatting syntax.

Cloud BI is provided in a SaaS model. At the same time, the client himself determines where his data can be located: on physical servers or in the data center of other providers.

The Beeline service for creating dashboards and visualizing data in the cloud meets the requirements in the field of information security, has been tested and is used by clients from various fields. In the future, it will be developed: it is planned to supplement the cloud service with systems for automated machine learning design, data processing with the possibility of using third-party data monetization services.

“The benefits of using BI tools are well known. This is a reduction in the time to report to responsible persons, a more accurate forecast of the company’s strategy and business, the ability to transfer capital expenditures to operational ones. Our service makes this solution available to different companies, even if there is no analyst in the state and significantly reduces the cost of supporting the solution, since it does not require the purchase of licenses, — Maxim Eremin, head of cloud product development at beeline.

Our service reduces the burden on the IT team, simplifies cloud infrastructure deployment, helps reduce costs, and closes IT security issues. In addition, we are responsible for the SLA (service level agreement) for service availability and uninterrupted operation. Thanks to this, we can focus on development and take care of all the routine operations associated with deploying clusters.”

“Over the last year, we have all felt the increasing pressure of sanctions: the companies we are so used to have left the market. The data analysis market, BI services, did not remain unscathed. At the same time, the market for cloud solutions in Russia continues to grow, despite external factors. At the same time, a significant part of cloud service consumers is occupied by fast-growing companies interested in ready-to-use packaged solutions that can be quickly integrated into the company’s business processes.

Sensing the needs of Beeline’s customers, we are launching Cloud BI. We also plan to develop products to work with data in the cloud. beeline cloud is already certified to work with personal data and is licensed accordingly. This allows clients to use our services without fear and without the need for additional certifications, which also reduces costs.”— Konstantin Romanov, Director of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Products.
