There are many ways to lose weight. However, This Morning’s assistant doctor, Dr. Sara Kayat provided five tips on how to do this most effectively.

Eat more of the “right” foods. These are low-calorie, highly nutritious foods. For example, herbal products.

Limit your alcohol intake. This is because alcohol is very high in calories.

Avoid extreme diets. Such diets can affect your metabolism, the way your body stores fat.
