Starting Monday, June 5, 2023, Tinkoff Bank plans to introduce a 1% commission for reloading an account with cash in dollars and euros at ATMs and through a cash collection center (CIC).

Tinkoff will introduce a 1% commission for depositing dollars and euros at ATMs

According to the publication on the bank’s website, the news will affect:

  • card accounts with TPS 3.0 rate plan in USD and EUR,
  • cash account recharge operations at ATMs, services and CIC “Tinkoff” (provided that “the currency of the deposit corresponds to the currency of the account being recharged”).

This is the only fee update for payment cards and savings accounts so far since the bank was placed on the EU sanctions lists in February and the UK in May. Then the bank’s representatives went on to state that the restrictions would not have a negative impact on their work in the Russian Federation.
