At the same time, a unique feature of the new service is that users can deliver and pick up cars using the remote control. So, the customer does not have to worry about sending the car to the rental company.

Currently the service is only available in Milton Keynes in the UK, but there are plans to expand coverage to other cities.

Fetch’s main goal is reportedly to turn cars into almost completely unmanned units. True, to date, this goal has not been achieved – each car of the service is controlled by one person.

Recall that some time ago, Elon Musk promised to launch full autopilot on Tesla electric vehicles by the end of 2023.
