AutoFAQ, the developer of an AI-powered omnichannel customer and employee support platform, was the first to create chatbots that answer questions by referring to existing company documents. There were no such solutions on the Russian market before. This was reported to RB.RU in the press service of the Skolkovo Foundation.

Skolkovo resident AutoFAQ was the first in Russia to create chatbots based on internal company documents

AutoFAQ Xplain will help customer service, IT support and other departments quickly launch robotic tools without the cost of building knowledge bases.

The system will also rewrite the information interactively and provide clarifications upon request. There is no connection preparation period, you must provide text documents in an editable format, eg docx, txt, rtf. Creating a chatbot takes up to 1 day.

The service will be useful for companies that store many documents, including corporate Wikis or Confluence, that previously did not have the resources to create separate knowledge bases, train the system to collect questions, and match responses to requests.
