As for the rules of work, various spatulas, spoons, tongs, etc. When using non-stick pans, they must be made of wood, plastic or silicone. It is better to refuse metal kitchen utensils, so as not to damage the coating.

Vegetable oil should be applied (using a silicone brush) to a cold pan before cooking. And only after that it will be possible to put everything on warming.

It is recommended to wash the pan only with sponges or cellulose sponges. And the detergent should be in liquid form.

Also, try not to put a non-stick pan in the refrigerator, and do not put food from the freezer in a heated non-stick pan (except for frozen vegetables). This is because sudden temperature changes damage the coating. Also, do not stack such pans on top of each other to avoid scratching them accidentally.
