A new member has entered the structure of the VEB Ventures holding company (a subsidiary of VEB.RF), Doctor Ryad Holding. As of December 14, 2023, Medinvestitsii JSC owns 14.1% of the holding company, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Medinvestitsii joint stock company received one share in Astori Business LTD, registered in the Virgin Islands. As of December 19, 44.23% of the company is owned by Web Ventures LLC. In 2020, he invested 1 billion rubles in the company. Another 19.9% belongs to Team Drive LLC, the founder of the Doctor Near Service service owns 8.11%, Ruslan Ibragimov – 4.4%, Viktor Voitov – 2.9%.
Six other participants have stakes ranging between 0.25% and 2%. The general director of the holding, Maxim Chernin, owns 1%. As Chernin told RB.RU, the changes in structure are just an internal corporate restructuring, “the company’s stakeholders have not changed.”
Doctor Ryadom Holding is a co-owner (50%) of the unified network of medical clinics, which emerged as a result of an M&A transaction between the Doctor Ryadom network and Nearmedic.
According to the Rusprofile service, Doctor Ryad Holding’s profit at the end of 2022 amounted to 20 million rubles with revenue of 0 rubles.
