The results of a recent study show that adults who have a set sleep schedule and get enough hours of sleep are 39% less likely to die than adults with irregular sleep schedules and lack of sleep.

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Association recommend that adults regularly get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. This will help you stay healthy.

And during the study, the experts analyzed data from a multiethnic study of sleep in atherosclerosis. 1759 people attended, followed for an average of 7 years.
